All are luxury resorts designed as private members Clubs and all have been successfully marketed in the Asia Pacific region to thousands of new holiday owners. Using traditional local styles and blending them with the best of Western amenities, the resorts are considered amongst the most desirable in Asia.
A typical apartment would consist of living area with kitchen, separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Unlike hotels the holiday ownership concept is to provide a home away from home while incorporating five star standards. Thus the apartments are much bigger than normal hotel rooms but with the same degree of comfort and service as one would expect at a top hotel.
Royal Resorts has plans for the development of further resorts and is looking at Philippines, Fiji and the Maldives as possible sites suitable for investment. Based on the previous models, the intention is to develop a series of luxury resorts that are exclusively for the use of Royal Resorts members.
Beyond traditional timeshare Royal Resorts is pioneering the introduction of Points Based clubs in Asia with the recent launch of its Royalty Club. A multi-destination club that allows the flexibility of short stays with a broad choice of resorts in more than a dozen countries, the Royalty Club is designed as the ultimate Holiday product for discerning travellers and the experienced timeshare owner. |
