In 2002 the Royal Group diversified into luxury villa development in some of the world's most desirable locations. Starting at Jimbaran Bay in Bali, the concept of whole villa ownership coupled with an overlay of 5 star boutique hotel services, quickly proved to be a spectacular success.

In 2005 this real estate division of the company was formally re-branded under the “Karma” banner and now has two operational resorts at Jimbaran and Koh Samui in Thailand. Although it has now taken on a life of its own, the Karma division still offers a range of possibilities for Royal Resorts holiday owners - whether one is interested in an extra luxurious holiday or the acquisition of a freehold investment.
