David Hadson - Manager Customer Service & REX, Bali

David, originally from Queensland in Australia, has been residing in Bali, Indonesia since 1998 and working with the Karma Royal Group since 2000. Married with two young daughters, David and his Balinese wife, Wayan relocated from their home in Buitan (literally a hundred metres from the Royal Bali Beach Club at Candidasa) to the Kuta area in order for him to work in the Member Services Division of Royal Exchange (REX) Bali. He has since taken on the role of Senior Manager of Member Services, and is currently responsible for overseeing the servicing of all Royal resort members residing outside of India.

David can regularly be found at the Bali resorts meeting with Resort Management to discuss ongoing initiatives to provide members a relaxing and enjoyable stay or simply saying hi and talking with members who are staying at the resorts. Even though not always possible, he also tries to make himself available to at the very least meet with and introduce himself to those members taking the time to visit Member Services during their stay in Bali.

With the ever increasing range of services being offered to members David is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to not only improve the level of services offered to members, but continually expanding the benefits being made available.

Over recent months we have seen some of the areas David has been working on; the introduction of a new website www.royalresorts.com.au, along with a range of new services some of which are available to all members (Resort Rentals, rexnet Bonus Weeks, Discounted Affiliated Hotels, Resort Inclusive Packages etc) whilst others are specifically for those members who have upgraded to the Royalty Gold Points Club (Worldwide Discounted Hotel Reservations, rexnet Exchanges, Cruises, Flights etc).

Working closely with the website development team David has advised that we will continue to see more services coming on line, and he is extremely enthusiastic about the way Royal Exchange (REX) is developing into more of a full service office rather than being restricted to the traditional processing of bookings within Royal or banking of Entitlements.

In his spare time David enjoys snooker, 9 / 8 ball, ten pin bowling, swimming and enjoying outings with his family.
